+Thresholds provides diagnostic reports based on images and information you provide. These reports offer pattern analysis and are not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

A Thresholds Report is not therapy, not diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and images that you have the right to share. You understand that the report reflects patterns observable from what you provide and may not capture your complete situation.

Delivery and Refunds

Reports are delivered within 48 hours of completing your intake form. Refund requests made before report generation begins will be honored in full. Once report production has started, refunds are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Your Thresholds Report is licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish your report without written permission.
